Are you passionate about community development and housing management? We have an exciting opening for a Locality Officer to join a team in Oxfordshire. As a Locality Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and vibrant neighbourhoods for our residents.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities: You'll deliver a professional, mixed-tenure service, addressing housing management challenges such as anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood issues, contract breaches, and safeguarding.
Balancing Act: Manage your caseload while contributing to community projects that foster inclusivity and sustainability.

Qualifications: Proactive caseload management skills
Strong communication experience in demanding environments
Customer service excellence (we aim for 90% satisfaction!)
Knowledge of housing management services
Proficiency in using computer systems (Microsoft Office)
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, and agencies
Some roles involve line management for Housing for Older People schemes.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

Perks: This full-time permanent role offers a competitive starting salary (£30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience) and the chance to work from home, the office, and directly with customers.
