Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
You will be working for a well established M&E Contractor based in Nottinghamshire that works a variety of different projects which include; hospitality, leisure, public sector and commercial.
Your new role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects.
• Assist senior quantity surveyors in analysing and negotiating contracts.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and financial efficiency.
• Prepare progress reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either have a degree in Quantity Surveying or be working in another office based role within the building services sector looking to make a transfer.
What you'll get in return

• Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per year.
• 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
• Bonus (company/personal).
