Due to growth, this medium sized multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy are looking for a reliable Electrical Associate for their new office near Farringdon.

This brand-new office has lightning fast and stable Wi-Fi / wired connections, two brand new meeting rooms, lockers, secure bike storage areas, showers and its own dedicated, well-equipped kitchen and break out areas.

Here you'll be involved in innovative projects that push the boundaries of building services engineering and SMART buildings that use emerging technology and best practice, low carbon building design.

You'll enjoy working with collaborate clients that value what you do, who are willing to pay good fees for proper M&E design and agree to realistic deadlines and programmes!

You'll work in a passionate team of experts in a supportive and dynamic workplace, where the two Directors remain hands on and want to see you succeed.

As an early adopter of hybrid working, their business is based on results, and they will never try and micromanage you. As long as your projects remain profitable, and clients are happy you are free to choose how many days you attend the office and how many days you work from home.

Requirements

- At least seven years' experience in a similar role, ie working as an Electrical Design Engineer within a consultancy or design and build contractor.

- Good appreciation of how electrical and mechanical building services are designed, installed, and maintained.

- Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical terms to a non-technical audience when required.

-Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.

This is an interesting opportunity for an Electrical Associate (or an experienced Principal Electrical Design Engineer) to be fully supported by the two Directors and be instrumental in the future success of this firm, whilst having a lot of fun and enjoying freedom along the way.
