They are also split evenly between male and female Engineers and are keen to promote from within.
Your New RoleAs a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing electrical design projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for creating detailed electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer.
- Proven competence in the design of residential and mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
