Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Design Engineer - To £60K + 50 days paid leave.

As a Senior Electrical (Building Services) Design Engineer you'll work on both UK and international projects; and get involved in projects from RIBA Stages 2 - 4c.

Reporting to the Electrical Associate you'll be given the freedom and autonomy to lead you own projects, mentor the electrical team, and nurture your own client relationships.

You'll benefit from up to 50 days annual leave (they encourage and support employees to take every other Friday off as paid leave) a hybrid working policy of just two days a week in the office; flexible working hours (you can start anytime between 8am - 10am!) and the option of working from abroad for up to a week at a time.

As a medium sized consultancy with around 50 employees, they are large enough to be able to design and deliver medium to large projects; yet small enough that the Directors remain hands on and knows and values every employee. They have created a unique culture where everyone shares information and collaborates; CPD's happen every week and every employee gets a say in the business.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as an Electrical, Building Services Design Engineer.
• Previous hotel, residential or mixed-use project experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently with architects, clients, and contractors.
• Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
