Revit MEP Technician - To £45K + Package + 1 day a week in the office
Office based or home based? You decide.
Due to growth, I'm looking for a Revit MEP Technician for this medium sized, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in London.
Working within their BIM and Revit team of four individuals, you'll get to choose where you work. If you prefer working from home most of the time, that's fine. You will just be required to attend the office one day a week as their VPNs and policies are all set up to facilitate this.
On the other hand, if you prefer to be around other people; you're welcome to work from their London office up to five days a week.
Either way you'll get to interact with the team of around 40 MEP, Energy and Sustainability, Civil and Structural Engineers; on a range of large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP.
- Previous mixed-use, commercial, education, hotel, or residential project experience.
- Able to manage your own time effectively in order to complete projects or packages of work, accurately and on time.
- At least three years' experience in the building services industry, either for a consultancy or design and build contractor.
If you meet the above criteria, we will arrange an interview with the BIM Manager and M&E Director immediately.
