As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll work in the technical team of this residential developer. You'll collaborate closely with the team to help design residential developments, for first time home buyers and be involved in projects from the initial land acquisition, through planning, all design stages, construction, and post occupancy.

You'll use your experience in HVAC and renewable energy to design modern, innovative and energy efficient homes across London and the Southeast.

You'll enjoy a diverse role of both office and site-based duties and have the option of working from home one day a week.

You'll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £65K, a Travel Allowance of £4500, a contractual bonus of 10%, 25 days leave, 5% pension and an additional, further individual bonus of up to 15%.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of HVAC services and PH systems
• Good understanding of electrical and life safety systems.
• Have seen a few projects through from cradle to grave.
• Previous residential, student accommodation, hotel, or assisted living project experience.
• Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
