This global sustainability and MEP design consultancy has designed some of the most energy-efficient commercial offices, universities, healthcare, and life sciences buildings around.

Due to growth, they are now looking for a client-facing Senior Electrical Engineer for their London office, located near Chancery Lane / Holborn.

Led by an entrepreneurial Electrical Director who is as good at winning work and developing relationships as they are at nurturing people, their London office is thriving.

With a network of around 350 engineers located across six offices, they are large enough to win and deliver large projects. However, each local office is small enough for you to get to know everyone's first name and form lasting friendships. The founding partners remain visible and hands-on in the day-to-day running of the business, and still enjoy mentoring and developing engineers.

The next 12 months look promising; they have secured several large-scale projects, including a facility using AI to improve athletes' performance, the largest-ever commercial office fit-out for a major bank, and an ultra-low-energy, mixed-use development.

With a flat structure, your progression here will be quick and straightforward. Initially joining as a Senior Engineer, the plan is to progress to Principal within 12 to 24 months and then to Associate.

You'll be joining a company with a clear vision, a clear 5-year strategy, and a clear purpose: to continue hiring exceptional individuals who can design and deliver meaningful projects.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for the electrical engineering design, with limited supervision. This will include producing calculations, specifications, managing projects and small teams, and developing and promoting design excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
* 4+ years of electrical engineering design experience within the building services industry
* Comfortable in a client-facing role
* Digitally savvy with a range of tools such as Revit, Amtech, or Electrical OM
