Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with Abri group who are seeking a Responsive Repairs Senior Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role:
You will join Abri as a Responsive Repairs Senior Operations Manager - Abri are excited to announce that the commercial services team is expanding and delivering more services across properties! In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of all day-to-day property repairs and larger, more complex repairs across the Abri Homecare Group.
Using your productive and forward-thinking approach, you will lead a collaborative working style with all stakeholders to build strong relationships across Abri. You will work closely with the finance business partner and directors on forecasting the reconciliation of budgets for the customer response work stream, in addition to this, overseeing customer feedback, and acting as an escalation point for the management and resolution of complex complaints.
What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in managing day-to-day property repairs and larger, complex repairs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Experience in budget forecasting.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work from different locations as needed.


What you'll get in return:
In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £72,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package to include a generous contributory pension scheme, flexible / hybrid working, staff discounts, professional development and well-being support. In addition you will be able to work 37 hours per week.
