Senior Electrical Engineer – London - To £55,000 + Flexible working from home 4/5 days per week + 10% Bonus

Are you a Senior level engineer living in London or the home counties, interested in a work-life balance that allows you to work from home 4/5 days a week?

Join this growing consultancy and experience the true essence of hybrid working. Their stable and experienced leadership team believes in trust, not micromanagement and this approach will enable you to have an unparalleled flexibility to getting work done.

There are no fixed/required days in the office, and they will only ask people to travel for site visits, client meetings or the odd team meeting, which will usually be coupled with a social event too.

As an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be able to work autonomously and play a crucial role in their projects by assisting in the design and project management, which is mainly based on performance specifications and monitoring. They carry out diagnostic work for clients considering lease renewals and can often be called upon by their clients to fix mistakes made by previous consultancies.

Your responsibilities will encompass everything from early-stage Scope of Works and Performance Specifications, Design Monitoring, Detailed Design, Project Management/Budgeting, Project Coordination, Licence to Alter and all-round client advisory.

Clients include small to large managing agents, surveyors, developers, and the MOD.

You will be expected to be an integral part of the growing team, contributing to the success of the projects, and maintaining their high standards of quality and compliance.

You will have the opportunity to work on CAT A & CAT B design projects on predominantly existing buildings and some new builds across a variety of sectors including, Commercial, Education, Hotels, Residential and Healthcare.

They are a very profitable and stable business, and the leaders have a clear plan and vision for future growth. This means there is a real opportunity for you here to grow with the business, with no red tape or glass ceiling to break through, they will support you as far as your enthusiasm and ambition will take you.

In addition, they also offer a comprehensive package including:

  • Truly flexible hybrid working (including home office set up)
  • Salary up to £55,000
  • 10% Annual Bonus (clear & achievable target)
  • 25 days Annual Leave
  • Pension
  • Support to Chartership & payment of professional memberships
  • Training Budget
  • Private Medical Insurance
