We are a leading M&E contractor working with Manchester Airport Group, a prominent UK airport operator managing Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands airports. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to enhance the passenger experience.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E Building Services Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of building services projects within the airport facilities for our end client, Manchester Airport Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of airport infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of M&E building services projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing M&E building services projects.
- Strong knowledge of building services engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
- Experience working in an airport or similar environment.
