Electrical Associate £80 to £90K + Package

Exhausted from having to do the role of an Associate, a Senior Engineer and an Engineer due to a lack of resources?

And with a team of 1 x Principal Electrical Engineer, 3 x Senior Electrical Engineer and 2 x Electrical Engineers you'll be able to focus on what an Associate, should be doing.

From castles, commercial offices, museums, cultural buildings, hospitals to research buildings; you'll enjoy working on projects are unique, impactful and interesting.

As an Electrical Associate, you'll play a key role in overseeing projects, mentoring the electrical engineering team and maintaining key client relationships. As a digitally led consultancy, you'll also ensure encourage the use of AI and other digital technologies to automate or speed up manual tasks.

And with no one to block your future progression, this Electrical Associate opportunity offers a clear route to Director.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering field such as Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Preferably a Chartered (CEng) and MIET or MCIBSE.
  • Previous experience managing complex projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client focussed approach.
