The Role:

We are looking for a Senior/Principal/Associate Mechanical Engineer (depending on experience) to join our client's expanding team. As a senior leader within the business, you will play a key role in shaping project delivery, driving technical excellence, and guiding the strategic direction of mechanical engineering within the company. Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leading complex mechanical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance across mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality and consistency in design outputs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure effective project execution.
  • Managing and mentoring junior and mid–level engineers, promoting their professional development and knowledge–sharing.
  • Overseeing the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of mechanical projects to ensure successful and on–time delivery.
  • Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and develop long–term relationships.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance project outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years for Senior/Principal, 3+ years for Associate) in mechanical design, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.
  • A deep understanding of mechanical codes, industry regulations, and standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who can solve problems and manage projects efficiently.
  • A passion for driving innovation and shaping the future of engineering design.
