Wild Recruitment are working with a well known and highly reputable business in Portsmouth in their search for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

You will be working in a fast paced and multi disciplined office, focusing on new products and overseeing the projects from start through to completion.

You will be part of a large team of engineers, so a strong team player is a must!

• Ensure all projects are running smoothly and on time.
• Implement design modifications on various products.
• Concept design through to production release.
• Oversee other engineers and their work.
• Work closely with and support the manager.
• Work on a wide range of products with quick turnarounds.

• Have strong design experience ideally within the marine sector.
• Have senior level management experience.
• Experience with Creo is preferred.
• Be able to create 3D CAD drawings to a high standard.
• Have experience working on Injection Mouldings, Castings, Fabrication and Sheet Metal.
