Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement mechanical systems, ensuring seamless integration with electrical and plumbing components.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and functional designs.

• Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Documentation: Prepare detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and comprehensive reports.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors to ensure successful project execution.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design within the MEP sector.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for problem–solving and attention to detail.
