Position: Mobile Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Manchester and the North West

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From GBP34,000 to GBP36,000 plus travel time and package

We are looking for a Commercial Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the North West

This position will be covering sites across Yorkshire that will include Offices, University Accommodation, Shopping Centres etc.

The right person for this will be an experienced commercial plumber that also has experience in general building services maintenance. They need to be able to do the general plumbing side that will also include Water Heaters, TMV's, Water Testing, Plumbing as well as some of the mechanical electrical maintenance (fan coils, lighting, plant rooms, compliance)

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

– Working background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance

– Must have a strong background in Plumbing Maintenance

– Full UK driving licence

– Minimum of a level 2 in plumbing

– Based in the North West

– Happy to travel throughout the region
