Mechanical Project Engineer – Building Services Engineering / HVAC

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of builds for datacentre projects.

Applicants must have a mechanical bias and project engineering background in M&E / building services engineering such as a M&E / HVAC contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer.

• Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue–chip clients
• Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
• Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing
• Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
• Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
• Monday – Friday, early finish Friday

Requirements

• HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Likely to have worked in a M&E/HVAC Contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer
• Building services experience as Project engineer, project manager
• Plant room knowledge beneficial
• Organised and clear communicator

• 50K – 55K
