Job Opportunity: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: London

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Rate: DOE

G2 are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to work on exciting projects across various sectors including Education, Residential and Commercial. If you have experience with Mechanical Design (Building Services), and a strong understanding of Revit MEP, Hevacomp/IES VE, I want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Revit MEP for design & coordination
• Perform thermal modeling, SAPs/SBEM calculations, & EPCs using Hevacomp/IES VE
• Apply knowledge of Building Regulations, BREEAM, Passivhaus Standards & renewable technologies
• Produce detailed designs, specifications & drawings (CAD essential)

Requirements:

• Experience with Revit MEP & Hevacomp/IES VE
• Background in small/medium consultancy or large contractors
• HNC/Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar
• CAD & MS Project proficiency
