MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

WALSALL

Monday to Friday (37 hours)

36,000 – 38,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing business, that supplies solutions in to various Industries. You will need to have experience working within a Design office and have experience designing in 2D and 3D.


Role Description

  • Provide CAD drawings / 3D models using 3D Software
  • Maintain and develop standard CAD drawings and drawing registers.
  • Work from Process datasheets and previous projects to develop detail drawings.
  • To maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy records for quality assurance and contract execution
  • Provide CAD drawings in support of sales bids


Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years continuous experience with a 3D Design Package – Solidworks, CATIA, NX, Creo
  • Miniumum of 3 years experience within Mechanical Design
  • Mechanical Engineering Qualification
