Senior–Principle Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

Are you an ambitious Mechanical focused Building Services design professional seeking a challenge offering the opportunity to progress and develop your career?

Do you have the desire to push on and achieve Principal / Associate Director, even Director, status, in the medium to long term?

This role, initially focused on an Senior to Principal Mechanical designer, is a rounded position within a multi–office Building Services Consultant providing the chance to mentor, develop junior team members, client–focused with fast–tracked progression should you so desire.

The Role –

  • Autonomous leading of projects simultaneously undertaking detailed drawing, design, calculation, specification reporting of Mechanical systems
  • Ensure all bespoke project requirements are conducted in line with relevant building codes, British Standards and regulation
  • Putting together specific documentation, technical reports, continual client, fellow professional updating from inception to project handover, completion

Requirements –

  • Possessing relevant Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree or further education qualification
  • Previous background operating within Building Services Consultant, M&E Contractor, similar position
  • Knowledge of industry recognised Mechanical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, calculation tools

Package –

  • To 65k per annum
  • 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays
  • Hybrid working model
  • Private healthcare
